Jagat B. Khadka is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Nepal Shipping & Air Logistics Pvt. Ltd. With more than two decades of experience in international shipping, logistics and business leadership, he provides the strategic direction behind the company's growth and diversification.

Before establishing Nepal Shipping in 2008, Mr. Khadka served for eight years in a key role with the Maersk Group and subsequently worked with Panalpina, gaining valuable international exposure to shipping, freight forwarding, contract logistics, sales, finance and supply-chain management.

He has extensive experience in developing and managing international cooperation with airlines, shipping lines, NVOCC operators, global logistics organisations, EPC contractors and overseas agency partners. His expertise covers corporate strategy, sales and market development, financial planning, agency management, contract logistics, project management and the implementation of complex business initiatives.

Under his leadership, Nepal Shipping has developed a strong national presence and international network, earning recognition for airline cargo representation, specialised freight forwarding and end-to-end logistics management for major infrastructure and industrial projects.

Dip Kumar Bhattarai

Dip Kumar Bhattarai is the Executive Director of Nepal Shipping & Air Logistics Pvt. Ltd. and has played an important role in the company's development since its establishment in 2008.

Before joining Nepal Shipping, Mr. Bhattarai gained more than ten years of professional experience with recognised freight-forwarding organisations, including DSV and FedEx-related operations. This background provided him with strong practical knowledge of international freight forwarding, cross-trade movements, cargo operations, customer service and commercial development.

He possesses extensive expertise in cross-border logistics, operational planning, vendor development, customer relationship management, sales and marketing. His detailed understanding of Nepal's forwarding market, customs environment, transport network and customer requirements enables him to develop practical and commercially effective solutions.

At Nepal Shipping, he provides leadership across day-to-day operations, business development, service coordination and team management. His hands-on approach, operational discipline and ability to build lasting relationships with customers, vendors and overseas partners have contributed significantly to the company's service quality and sustained growth.

Mr. Bhattarai remains focused on strengthening operational excellence, developing capable teams and ensuring that every assignment is managed with professionalism, responsiveness and accountability.
